About Us

David E. Glass, Sr. Partner
David has syndicated over 50 limited partnerships and drilled in excess of 100 oil and gas wells with a success rate of over 85%. He was instrumental in the discovery of the largest producing shallow gas field in the State of Oklahoma, as well as being one of the few independent US petroleum companies to obtain a 15,000 barrels/day crude oil allocation from Nigeria. As CEO of SFO Midwest Refinery Inc., he dealt on a daily basis with major petroleum companies in the world, such as Shell, Mobil, Texaco, B.P., Exxon, Scan Oil and many others.

Upon the opening of China to foreign business enterprise in 1987, David Glass brought his project management team to negotiate with the Chinese Government on the development of businesses in Beijing, Dalien and Inner Mongolia

With the current mandate of the European Union that landfill companies convert 60% of waste to energy by 2015, SFO Resources turned to waste to energy projects in Europe, forming a joint venture with Ecopanus, LTD in Spain in 2006.

As a business consultant with a diverse project management background and strong international connections, David has increasingly expanded into energy solutions as an extension of his early oil/gas background.
