David has
syndicated over 50 limited partnerships and drilled in excess of
100 oil and gas wells with a success rate of over 85%. He was instrumental
in the discovery of the largest producing shallow gas field in
the State of Oklahoma, as well as being one of the few independent
US petroleum companies to obtain a 15,000 barrels/day crude oil
allocation from Nigeria. As CEO of SFO Midwest Refinery Inc., he
dealt on a daily basis with major petroleum companies in the world,
such as Shell, Mobil, Texaco, B.P., Exxon, Scan Oil and many others.
Upon the opening of China to foreign business enterprise in 1987, David Glass brought his project management team to negotiate with the Chinese Government on the development of businesses in Beijing, Dalien and Inner Mongolia
With the current mandate of the European Union that landfill companies
convert 60% of waste to energy by 2015, SFO Resources turned to waste to energy projects in Europe, forming a joint venture with Ecopanus, LTD in Spain in 2006.

George Van Hoff dates his association with SFO back to 1986, acting as Vice-President/Far East with various Business Developments in the People’s Republic of China, living in Beijing for close to 10 years. Mr., Van Hoff is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, as well as English, French, Italian, German and Mandarin. Based in Southern Spain since 1997, he is currently marketing development of waste-to- energy and solar energy projects in Spain, Italy and China.

Fernando Casas is a Senior Partner with responsibilities in Project Development and Financing. Chicago-based, Mr. Casas began his professional career with Great Lakes International, a company specializing in construction and dredging of marine ports. During his tenure with Great Lakes, he participated in projects throughout North and South America and the Caribbean as part of the development team responsible for financing and execution of projects at over 30 different ports. In 1986, Mr. Casas formed several businesses in international trade with offices in Chicago and Hong Kong, while also participating at the Chicago Mercantile exchange in the futures markets as a trader. In the mid-90's he developed crude exploration and petroleum projects in Colombia. During this period Mr. Casas worked to develop refining and power plants with major engineering firms (ie. PCI Engineering, Mustang Engineering, The Wood group, the Shaw group Inc., UOP, Stone & Webster, Black and Veatch) and developed an extensive network of multi-national financing sources to create project financing, public or private offering structures for energy related projects
